Man in his 70s with CP starting 2 h ago. Similar, shorter duration yesterday. Now almost painfree. ECG read as normal by first physician 🤯. #POCUS with apikal hypo/akinesis. Sent to PCI 90 min away. CP again with ST-elevation so emergent cath. LAD stented. #EMIMCC
