Lifelong Gooner getting up at stupid hours to watch Arsenal in Sydney.

Only here for The Gunners!
Very much this!
The break comes at the right time for Arsenal - not because there’s any real cause for introspection, but because they need some players back.

What #AFC have produced across this period provides them with a great platform.

And the cavalry are coming.

Arsenal have two weeks to rest and regroup. The break comes at the perfect time
The draw at Sunderland showed that Mikel Arteta's squad is being stretched thin. The international window will suit the manager

Mad for it!

I’ve lived through enough iterations of Arsenal to know that this won’t last forever… but whilst it does I’ll be wearing colours at every opportunity!

And it is such a quality kit 👌🏼❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️

Knowing me, knowing you… A H-A!
I had a realisation whilst driving earlier: Andre Harriman-Annous has a ready made chant, for when he plays next. With hat tip to Alan Partridge, and ABBA, obviously!

Great finish, and did very well to stay onside!

What’s Czech for: “set piece again olé olé?”

With Gyökeres not traveling to Praha, he’s in with a shout…

Mikel Arteta on Gyokeres coming off: "In the first half was one of the best he's played with us. He felt something muscular so we have to wait to learn the extent of that”

Vik just shown on the match feed. Looked fine.

No idea what comms said, as I’d turned them off 🤣😂

Any word on why he is off, please?

That is a lovely, mature half of football from the Arsenal.

Controlled the game, Big Vik playing a blinder, surely no coincidence after a rest in midweek. Nabs his first away goal, and from a set piece no less 😉

Then we grab a brilliant counter attack goal from THEIR set piece olé olé! ❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️

Just think how good we’ll be when we get Havertz, Ødegaard, Madueke, Martinelli and Jesus back.

Oliver Holt actually talking some sense in the Mail.

I’d be a lot more relaxed (and closer to sleep, 3am here) if we’d got a second goal, but that’s a lovely 3 points! ❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️

@tayo3000.bsky.social sorry T! 🤍❤️🤍❤️

A great result! Atleti are a very good side. This was very much in the balance before the second goal.

Clean sheet 👌🏼

Two set pice goals for the haters.

And two for big Vik… lovely!!!

Watching Arsenal vs West Ham United in Siem Reap tonight. Any other blue sky Gooners in the area?
2am KO here in Cambodia, after a huge travel day, means the live watch is hugely unlikely tonight…

But a 9pm KO on Saturday night, much more achievable. Anyone got any tips for where to watch the Gunners in Siem Reap? (I’ll probably just walk down pub street until I see some shirts)

Well done to Jay Bothroyd for trying to put some sense in their head...
It's baffling the level refs go to, to make things up in their minds... Like they've never played or watched football.

"Pope planted the foot", like Sanchez supposed to keep it hanging as soon as touched the ball 🤦🏻

Morning all! Anyone got a good stream for the game? I’m excited to see that midfield in action!
September 24, 2025 at 6:55 PM
Didn’t watch live, but just finished… three things:

1) They are a horrible team to play when trailing.

b) Bernardo Silva is a snide b*stard.

iii) Helluva pass from Eze, brilliant run and finish from Gabi!

I knew those last minute winners would run out… but sad to see the habit of throwing away 2-0 leads has gone! 🤣😂
