My interview for MSc Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy is tomorrow morning at 11am. I am nervous as heck but 100% believe in myself. I've done prep on Attachment Theory which was new for me. Today is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Person Centred Therapy approaches. I can do this!
