Hitting the 25 million-ton annual target, they said, depends on the final tariff rate US beans face. If Beijing only reduces its tariffs by 10%, in line with the US cut, it will still leave a 13% soybean tariff in place -- compared to Brazil's 3%. Private buyers, they said, would stick with Brazil.
