That’s insane they really need to refer you to an allergist but hopefully the mast cell blood count at the hospital can push that referral on!! It definitely needs to be done!
I’m so sure the dermatologist will take one look at you and your history and pass you onto an allergist 😭😭

This definitely seems like MCAS and I managed to get help for it in the UK (both England and NI!)
Have they sent you to see an allergist? And you can ask your GP for a blood test to check your mast cells too!
