I just saw this I’m so sorry! Did you paint before or wait? I understand either way. Usually if I know we’re going to see my dad I won’t paint them before, but if they’re already painted we just go for it and if he brings it up I’ve taught him to say “they’re painted because I like them that way”!

Happy, then we are DOING IT! After being firm with my dad a few times he stopped bringing it up. I know it’s anxiety inducing, im sorry you have to feel like it will cause issues to let your baby be themselves. Sending love and good luck!!

Thanks for the tag as I’ve been through this recently myself🫶🏻 my dad is NOT comfortable with my son having his nails painted, I try to stick with a gender neutral color like blue/black/dark green. I was firm when it was brought up that it wasn’t something up for discussion, and if it makes him (1/2)

Omg thank you😭 pre dosing has been life changing for me. Diabetic for 20 years and I’ve usually been lucky to have 1-2 days above 70%! If I can do it, anyone can!!! You’ll get there!!
