Time for a Quiche Lorraine lunch ! Always an easy a good meal. For my #genealogy friends, my mother side is 100% from the Lorraine region and nothing else ( and more particularly around Metz ) , DNA verified - for more than 500 years ( and certainly more ! )Feels like an ancestry validated recipe !

There is a particularly nice feeling to be out of the algorithm reach, enjoying music offline, without providing any data, without being fed recommandations, without subscriptions. I’ve been blessed to find an old but brand new Sony Walkman and it’s one of my favorite object ! #cassette
