This book described badly: and lo, a symphony of errors attacked the event management committee! And thereupon a battle raged over legal terms!

Really fun book. It both celebrates and lampoons the best of high fantasy.

Worth the headspace.

This book described badly: how to get your stubborn boyfriend to visit the doctor.

Definitely worth the headspace. Natasha Pulley is a good writer.

This book described badly: an investigation into what would be true about Los Angeles if a) photographs steal souls is also true and b) souls and electrical impulses have anything to do with each other.

I like every Tim Powers book I've tried. Solid writer.

This book described badly: two guys quit their jobs, then space zombies in a casino.

Solid story sitting in a high-concentration zone of a Venn diagram labeled "what's science fiction all about, then?"

Worth the headspace.

This book described badly: a field guide to the beings humanity populates the shadows with.

Fun to have around. It's a book that makes the world feel magical.
