Really loved the episode, in a time where Doctor who fans seem so eager to have the show end it was nice to get a new perspective on your era that’s full of hope. Definitely checking out your book too.

Yeah the reaction to season 2 was majorly better, I mainly only started this as I like how a showrunner has a 5 season plan and can actual execute it

That’s interesting, if my memory serves correct episode 6 was being rumoured as the best episode so it must have a major pay off

I think the best way to compare it is Ridley Scott’s recent films. Last Duel had a relatively small budget for a blockbuster that size (100M) but it only made 30M whereas gladiator 2 has already made 200M in one week because of the name. Both had quite minor marketing
