Yeah cars that hit the bottom of their depreciation hard (like my Citroen 2cv) definitely get a reputation that's usually due to previous owners lack of care and maintenance. I was referring more to the family resemblance

Yeah the green, smoked lights and black wheels can get in a bin but they had a distinct visual style to them and I respect it

Have a look on ClassicCarLEDs .co.uk they sell the rings and I've had fantastic experience with their customer service. I did a similar thing on my daily driver, freeing up much needed 6v amps using LEDs in the rear and side lights but NOS Phillips headlight bulbs and indicator bulbs.
