Finally saw my doctor today, a follow up from my neurology appointment; 2 years of trying to find out what's wrong, crossing out all other possibilities and I finally have an answer.
I have been diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and there is no cure.
At least it's not Lupus.
