Yep call them and get them to explain, and make sure they give you a proper answer - better than having an argument in 3 months time about what you’ve used or haven’t used! Numbers should match!

I got some for £15 and they have little hooks on them so they don’t fall out of your ears. Don’t know whether AirPods are better cos I never tried them.
