I couldn’t handle another treadmill run so I braved the cold and got outside! I’ve been focusing on my form - a bit of a heal striker and low cadence. I got my cadence up by 3spm! Tried out the Fuelcell Rebel V4 - great shoe. #running #gorun

Got an easy 3 miles in. Temps weren’t bad but the wind was brutal. This run marks the end of an era - my 1080s are retiring from rotation. I’ll be trying out the 1080v14 next week. I’ve run through a lot of life in these shoes. #running #gorun
