Comic of Kipperlilly and Kalina having a debate. Kipperlilly asks "what is actually going on?" Kalina sarcastically responds "Father Dawn hasn't told you yet?" muttering "I find that hard to believe" while Bakarath clings to her arm tightly. Kipperlilly says "he can't... he can't actually be a god." Kalina stands up, pulling her arm out of Bakarath's reach and says "He is." Kipperlilly stubbornly insists "he's a baby." she looks away from a moment before continuing. "...he's a lie." Buddy protests, quickly saying "he is NOT-" before being interrupted by Kalina saying "a god only needs faith." she jumps down from the rock and says "truth is a different concept entirely. Don't you know that by now, Kipperlilly?" Kipperlilly and Kalina stare angrily at each other before Kipperlilly looks away. She glares back at Kalina saying "what are you doing here then?" Kalina responds "a familiar can't stray forever." There is a shot of Buddy and Bakarath listening to the conversation as Kipperlilly continues. "You're Cassandra's familiar." Kipperlilly steps forward saying "shouldn't you be with her-" before she is harshly cut off by Kalina launching towards her, grabbing her throat with her claws. Kipperlilly tries to fight back with her dagger but Kalina catches her wrist, shouting "YOU DON'T HAVE A-" before cutting herself off as she senses an angry presence within Kipperlilly, her eyes widening in shock as the sensation resonates through her.

Cut to Kipperlilly watching them, dumbfounded as Buddy admits "all of them" Kalina starts to shake him angrily, shouting "HOW." and Buddy begins to ramble an explanation that includes "well i tried a few of the others first but obviously they didn't work so-" before Kalina interrupts him to yell "you are an IDIOT". Kipperlilly continues to stare at them.

Comic of an abandoned ancient temple. Kalina is walking along the walls of the temple, scratching her claws into the wall and leaving a trail. Kalina continues to scratch a trail into the wall, looking around suspiciously. Bakarath's voice calls out to Kalina telepathically, and she perks up, alert. Kalina summons a shadow on the wall. Initially it is in her own shape, but it grows in size until she can walk directly through it. Buddy standing bored with Bakarath in his arms. A shadow begins to rise behind him, Bakarath notices and starts smiling. Kalina appears from the shadow saying 'I'm back', startling Buddy while Bakarath reaches out to her. Buddy snarks at her, saying "had your fun desecrating temples?" Kalina reluctantly holds up a hand for Bakarath to grab while she looks around to survey the area, saying "had yours failing to convert people? what is that."

Kipperlilly angrily asks "what makes staying with You any more appealing?" Buddy cheerfully says "well, besides you owing me for plucking you from eternal suffering despite, again, Murdering me- Kalina and I have a plan to get everything we deserve, and you're invited." A brief beat as Kipperlilly processes that, visibly confused with 'kalina...' written above her. Then she realises, spinning around and exclaiming "KALINA?"

She then says "if it's been four months, obviously we FAILED, so-" Buddy says "You failed, maybe. I found a new path. One you can join." Kipperlilly looks at him with an irritated expression and says "I'd rather slit your throat again." Kipperlilly sarcastically salutes Buddy with a deadpan expression and says "enjoy your god-baby or whatever. I hope I never see you again." She pivots around to leave, and we see Buddy standing with Bakarath looking incensed. Close-up on Buddy's eyes looking angry, before the expression smooths out into frustrated determination. Buddy says "where are you going to go, Kipperlilly?" A shot of Kipperlilly standing in profile, the top half of her face off-screen. She snarls "away from you". Buddy is smiling but still visibly angry, saying "Sure. Do you even know where we are right now?" Another shot of Kipperlilly, this time from behind, her eyes cast in shadow. Kipperlilly looks down at him in incredulous disgust, thinking 'what the fuck what the fuck what the fuuuuuuuuu-' which is then cut off by the screen Comic of Kipperlilly saying "I want my dagger back." Buddy smirks and says "Feel free to take it. He might kill you though." Kipperlilly says "It's a baby." Buddy replies "a baby god" with the word 'god' underlined Comic of Kipperlilly saying "He is Not. He's a BABY." Kipperlilly then gestures with her hands, saying "You realise that Bakarath was a /trick/ right? A LIE. The Bad Kids TRICKED you." Cut to Buddy looking irritated, avoiding eye contact with Kipperlilly. Buddy picks up Bakarath, saying "I've learned the truth of plenty of lies recently." He then looks towards Kipperlilly saying, "I owe a lot of that to you, don't I?"

Bakarath looks back up at him, holding Kipperlilly's dagger. Bakarath starts waving the dagger around while Buddy looks back at Kipperlilly and says "yes." Kipperlilly points at Bakarath and asks "whose baby did you steal?" Buddy says "tsk. always assuming the worst." Kipperlilly stares at Bakarath for a moment, with notes appearing around her confusedly trying to work out the logistics of buddy acquiring a baby old enough to sit up and play with daggers within 4 months. She then angrily asks again "WHOSE BABY DID YOU STEAL?" Buddy calmly replies "no ones". Close up of Bakarath glancing up towards Kipperlilly as Buddy says "this is Bakarath". Kipperlilly stares for a moment, recognising the name. Then she stares into nothing, saying "I'm still in hell." Buddy says "nope." Kipperlilly continues staring.
