Opposite for me. The second dose kicked my ass big time for 24 hours. Still glad I got the shots though, way better than actually getting shingles.

I am crushed this morning. I’ve only ever met him once but Simmer helped me out of the bottom of my depression back in 2015 or 2016. Every year since then I thanked him on Twitter on Bell Let’s Talk day and he would always respond. My deepest condolences to you Ian, and to his family and friends.
