I’m not sure I’ve seen enough discussion about the fact that when cars are “self driving”, they are actually just owned by a company, and that company can turn them off whenever they like.

Headline vs reality: Telegraph says Rayner 'demands tax raid on savers'. Then in the same article explains that, of 8 alleged proposals, only one is on savers (a pensions lifetime allowance) and 7 are on investments. All of them are focused on the extremely wealthy.
