Just a person who likes programming and gaming.
For anyone who does want context to this, it is a snippet from Shaun Read describing the various vehicles they had made during the development of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts.
Notable mentions include various amounts of Star Wars-related vehicles.

If you mean "decompiled" as in it's all stored in folders instead of the final's various "CAFF" files, then no. It's still the same structure the final game uses.

It's a bit difficult to talk about how this stuff works over the limited type count, so here might not be the best place for it.

Aside from debugging info, the debug menu and challenge select, the rest is just CAFF file adjustments and 6 minor text changes.

Most interesting of them is a Kazooie insult change, where she was meant to call L.O.G. "Freeview Features!" after getting the magic wrench. Final calls him "tube head!"

A quote from it: "From very early on, even before the whole vehicle building concept was settled on, we knew the ”hub world” for the latest Banjo-Kazooie game was going to be one big area, most likely a town, as opposed to the modular design from the previous games"

No, it's from a developer diary that was on the old Banjo-Kazooie website during Nuts & Bolts' lead up and launch. Specifically the article"Building the Hub, Pt. 1"

I believe it's the same particles used in the Nutty Acres Game World.
