The local hill/mountain (about 330m above sea level) has three peaks that are fun to climb in one go, certainly good to get some height meters and powerhiking into my training #trailrunning

New #running shoes update - they are fantastic. I did a quick 7k in cold af conditions and they felt great, exactly what I was looking for in a shoe. Comfortable, roll easily through the stride, grippy and breatheable. All my shoes are purely for comfort from now on, I’m worth it 😤

New #running shoes, purely to cheer myself up after losing my job last week. On CloudMonster 2. I hope to get a run in tomorrow or the day after, they felt amazing on a treadmill in the store!

It wasn't fast, it didn't look good, it didn't drive well, it wasn't roomy but at least....it was a car (?). Oh and it sipped gas which was nice.

I’m really happy with my pace here, in a little bit faster run. I felt like I could have gone on for an hour more at least. Good progress these past few weeks.

First quick run in my new Zegama 2’s - these will be my rough trail shoes for this year. They feel really fun and bouncy and very planted on the trail - the grip is immense and there’s good insulation from the smaller stuff on the trail.
