it’s a workforce crisis not cost-of-living issue. We wonder why retention is a #challenge? We must fund student nurses properly. No one training to care for others should be standing in a food bank queue. Call it #OUT a #workforce issue, a #wellbeing issue, and a social justice issue. @rcn.org.uk
