Got super tired of social media (IG and twitter) but unfortunately twitter still has most of my friends that support me and I now took over the IG page for our regional Jane Austen group so I kinda need to be there.

19 yrs since I first saw the 6 Star Wars movies, some I liked, some not so much (I'm looking at you, cringey dialogues from the prequels), since then watching bits and pieces (and having friends like @nembis.bsky.social @jonquille.bsky.social who are proper fans) but nothing ever sparked my interest

I can't believe that in the year 2025 I had to actually write out why putting elon's fucking nazi salute "ironically" as a group picture in a chat of people who I thought of as not very dumb people extremely fucking inappropriate and not funny. Sigh

I cleared up some stuff on my phone and redownloaded this app. I love twitter since I have so many friends there (and still making new ones!!) but I guess it's time to branch out to other platforms too. I even redownloaded tiktok, but I'll take text over videos any day!
