That really sucks, for what it is worth I just sent her a message. As a Minnesotan it is important I do what I can.

Additionally, best way to find a job?

Gavin Newsom is not the person we should rally behind. It’s so clear his support is astroturfed and he is a transphobic piece of shit.

“Pobodys Nerfect!” Yeah sure. Fuck outta here with that shit.

Luigi is a counter terrorist. Our society as it is now is complicit and happy to commit violence when it suits the capitalist class. People are breaking because violence seems to be the only language those with any power actually understand.
May 22, 2025 at 4:41 PM
This is violence. Simple as that. The state has a monopoly on violence. The capitalist kings have decided we are worth killing to keep the fucking slaves fighting each other. There is no decency given and none should be returned. We must speak in the only voice they understand.

Sheesh that was a toughie

Sorry about that. I tried to clarify. Either way their behavior is not helpful.

No one deserves this.

Hey, I understand you are angry but they didn’t not vote. They clarify in the chain.
February 28, 2025 at 11:50 PM
I agree that they shouldn’t be the oppositional party. I don’t agree for my, admittedly selfish, reasons that Trump is the lesser of evils. Specifically in my case, I’m trans. I would like to have a place where we can say we don’t want to continue supporting democrats but also not have to fear death
February 28, 2025 at 7:58 PM
I think you can hold both accountable. I will admit that I voted for the party that has, and probably will given the chance, committed war crimes. But I did so to avoid losing the last shreds of a chance to not have a genocide committed against myself and fellows. Maybe that’s evil, but I’m at peace
February 28, 2025 at 7:51 PM
This is all true and valid. Democrats have been terrible for a long time. My point is that if we want so much as a chance in hell to change things without more death and more suffering; the choice was clear.
February 28, 2025 at 7:48 PM
Are you seriously asking me this question? It’s a hell of a lot easier to make a change when you can run for office and speak your mind. Which we could and can still do for now, but that will change. How is it better to live (or die) under repression then not try and make change in the best way?
February 28, 2025 at 7:42 PM
Why not both? It is absolutely cogent to blame both.
February 28, 2025 at 7:39 PM
Ultimately my point is: it’s easier to stop your country from committing war crimes on others when it is not doing so to its own population. People who didn’t vote made a choice. That choice was to allow both to happen. It is not value neutral.
February 28, 2025 at 7:39 PM
I’m also trans. I do not want to excuse war crimes and I don’t think I am. I think there is space to both critique and fix an administration we’ll also preventing oneself and community from getting shot in the head (if we are lucky)
February 28, 2025 at 7:37 PM
Sure, maybe. You know what is also dangerous as fuck? Ensuring a megalomaniacal freak and his openly fascist buddies get a chance to gut the federal government and kill your fellow citizens.
February 28, 2025 at 7:35 PM
My point exactly. And his base are a bunch of nutter zionists who literally want to bring about the end times.
