Looks like a bug actually, I'm not getting such spelling error. Or make sure VS uses English for spell checking (I think by default it's Windows language): learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visual...

Yeah, I agree it's confusing, unfortunately this kind of extension cannot be uninstalled from inside Visual Studio, but you can totally uninstall it in Visual Studio Installer (Modify button):

When sloppy typing in VS 2022 I learned that <~ is a ligature. We should use these for something in C# 12, they look so cool.
