Not to mention his wages… unless he stays in the PL (and prob even then) he’ll have to take a significant pay cut if he wants any club to seriously consider him

Wonder how much of that is on Pep as well. Transfers are mostly Txiki but some of these renewals… granted, part reason for these renewals is also that no good younger alternatives were bought but it’s a bit of a chicken/egg thing

Doesn’t really sound like he’ll be (fully) ready for Brest either.
Also I think that game gets categorized as a bit too difficult tbh, their position in the CL looks good ofc but when you look at who they’ve played…
