If only there were men with courage (besides the Capital Police) walking the halls of Congress. If only the Democratic leadership had the necessary guts and creative vision. But, as a party, they are apparently unable to rise to the challenge fate has dealt them.

I don't think they're out of touch. I think they simply don't want to fix anything (work is hard) + THEY think we'll be so happy to get a check that we'll spend it on rent or food, then we'll just die when we get sick. Death is the GOP's default. Maybe they'll be happy then.

Why doesn’t SOMEONE - maybe in Democratic leadership show these photos to Johnson or Thune or Vance etc. and demand an explanation? Better yet, why aren’t these pictures enlarged and on the front pages of every newspaper? For God’s sake! Make sure EVERYONE knows what is actually happening!
