Mental Health Day #5 - Just took a brisk 1.34 mile walk on our farm, I feel great! Ready to complete every item on today’s To Do list! At 76 every day is a good day.

We are focusing on our dogs, horses, gardening, abd staying physically and mentally healthy at 76/78. Taking every day one day at a time.

The art of Haitians has always fascinated me. I purchased this Ezene Dumond in 1976, now in my advanced years I need to sell. The colors are so vivid, the eye flows.

Every day is a Mental Health Day. This was Day 1, we invited good friends on a trail ride. Day 2 I volunteered at our Senior Citizens Center. Day 3 I cooked all day. Today is Day 4. I am visiting our Unitarian Universalist Church. Find ways best for you to care for yourself.
