How do we avoid becoming the enemy of our allies with this administration running the show? Is there nothing Congress can do to reign in the felon?

Where is the state going to come up with the bounty money and, more importantly, how can it afford to incarcerate those here illegally for life? Raise taxes? Shift funds from other programs (health and education, most likely)? One week into the new regime and the train is already off the tracks.
