Real sorry about the lack of posts as of late... things have been very busy. Keep checking the Dumbphone Repo's changelog and LPCwiki though - feature phone ROM and content preservation has not slowed down one bit!

If the phone works, I would check what firmware version it is running. Currently versions WB27, WG22, WL22, and XF18 are available on the Dumbphone Repo. The SCH-X199 does indeed have a Yamaha SMAF chip, and the ringtones are available here:

(3/3) There was a callout made by the @thisisarecordin account at some point, though it appears they've blanked their profile. It would be unfortunate if the familiar (and sometimes strange) sounds from a pre-mobile world were lost to time.

(2/3) the OG collection is still out there in full. From the surviving saved blogspot links, I know they were uploaded using DriveToWeb, meaning they are (or... were) on Google Drive or OneDrive.
