When Joel saves Ellie, the whole last episode of the first season of Telltale The Walking Dead, the end of Infamous Second Son, ending of Death Stranding, and the ending sequence of Red Dead Redemption 2 from the horse to saying goodbye to John. I'm sure there are more but these stand out.
