So beef up the immigration court system. If America can efficiently move a Superbowl crowd in & out once a year or Disneyworld everyday, surely they can build up & staff to manage border crossings effectively. Know where they are, hear case, decide, rule, move on... Organize workable system!

Maybe explain how tariffs are collected, by whom, which agency handles the transactions, & how it gets into US treasury. I hear many confused theories ("China" pays, the American merchant pays & we pay the merchant, the billionaires get it via lower taxes, Trump gets it, IRS,...)
