It would take 20 in the Senate, and they won't because they'd be set on fire by their own voters, and they'd also have no one to hang out with or take their calls afterwards

He definitely does. It's just that he's got such a long way yet to go. He has to keep up his pace, because of Bonds' late career surge, and he really does have to play until about 40-42.
Personally, I do think Soto will play that long (assuming he stays healthy.)

Soto is about 1650 walks behind Bonds. If he actually plays out his Mets contract... and especially if he plays into his 40s, it's within the realm of possibility.

I expected the Immaculate Grid heroes to place real high. I think I use Edwin Jackson, Matt Stairs, Mike Mogan, Ron Villone and Octavio Dotel all the time....

The notable thing is that the team spent 75 years in Brooklyn, and Dazzy Vance is the only pitcher with a long and great career during that stretch.
