So 44.41 VO2 max on a ramp test (bike so not ideal for a runner) isn’t too bad for a 67 year old

Especially relevant for the older athletes, don’t look back at your past accomplishments. I have found picking up new skills in which I can see progress helpful.

I’ve been lucky enough to have one of my own for over 30years (on my 5th) it covers all the bases, endurance, intervals, I sometimes do fartlek sessions on it

I would rate the Versaclimber above anything else for cross training for running

I prefer maintenance days, yoga and mobility. Maybe some technique work with the bar or light mace. Using the time constructively

To be fit! A age 67 I still run (slowly) train on a bikeerg, heavy clubs , macebells, kettlebells, yoga and mobility. Good for the body and mind
