There are a couple of software options, 3Dsteroid on Android or Stereophoto maker for computer , also gimp with some skills. For the pic basically just take 2 pictures slightly offset. I'm going to post the 3d print files soon, for a jig I made to hold a phone and slide it horizontally on a tripod.
