Yeah my new coach seemed a lot more clued up and experienced. Showed an appreciation of my personal circumstances and gave me a bit of lift. I know it's their job to try and keep you upbeat somewhat but didn't feel like the past ones where they read from the set UC script but he added ad-libs.

Never saw him even with a paper.
Myself and another chap on my shift were the only ones I ever saw with a book at breaks over 20 years there. The rest room had a tv, so any peace and quiet was impossible
