We had a lovely day at Loch Ness today
Me and my wife on a boat on Loch Ness The sun shining between the mountains from the south with the Loch in the foreground Urquhart Castle, and old ruined castle destroyed by retreating Government forces during the Jacobite Rebellion, taken from the middle of the loch Nessie!!! Ok, it may be the wake of a boat which isn't in shot, but we'll assume it's Nessie for now

There are two main signs that you are getting old. One is when you fall over and people say you've "had a fall"

I haven't got to that stage yet

The other is when you need one of these to remind you to take your meds because you keep forgetting whether you've taken it or not

Just because I'm reading, it doesn't mean Daisy and Fred don't still want attention
I'm sitting on my green sofa with my legs on a footstool and a Kindle perched on one leg, which is bent upwards at the knee so I can read. The book is 'A New Kind Of Christianity' by Brian D McLaren. Daisy, my brown wirehaired dachshund, is peeking out from between my legs. Fred, my beige smoothhaired dachshund, is leaning against my leg, face up on his back, getting a belly rub (as he is wont to do). Both are looking at the camera.
