Absolutely! I ordered mine online since my fly shop didn’t carry it. I was a little worried that it’d be too bulky, but I think Fishpond is a great company and if you don’t like it, I’m sure they’d take the return if you can’t get your hands on it in person. Good luck!

Not bulky at all. I mean, bulkier than a traditional vest, but it’s pretty slim. If you stuff it full of gear it has room to expand, but I throw water and lunch in it and I’m out on the water all day.

That’s awesome…this is a great sport/hobby/lifestyle. Especially when the family gets involved.

Last year I was considering a similar question. I ended up splurging on the Fishpond Ridgeline Tech Pack…honestly one of the best gear choices I’ve made.

The TRV is definitely not cheap, but I love the palm wheel and kinda can’t wait to get one!

It’ll float in light strength water. Any real turbulence brings it subsurface. We have our golden retriever a little haircut and I through the hair in the coffee grinder and added it to the dubbing. Seems to help it float even when soaked through!
