The recipe in the image is from the book The Elements of Baking by Katarina Cermelj, which I heartily recommend for anybody trying to bake gluten-free. She has a blog (The Loopy Whisk) and an Instagram account (same handle as the blog) where she shares some of her recipes and tricks.

I assume you know, but in case someone doesn't yet and sees this - there's a setting in the Accessibility menu that when turned on prompts you to add alt text whenever you add an image/gif/etc to your posts/replies.

My oldest girl decided to apply for bilingual (FIN/ENG) education and got in so I bought her some flowers and baked her a cake to celebrate. Mostly because I'm proud of her but also because my accomplishments were never really celebrated as a kid and I don't want that for her 🖤

I have the full DVD box set, the one that includes the first movie (we don't talk about the second one 😬), but my most prized possessions are the Scully and Mulder 25th anniversary Barbie dolls 🥰

My youngest daughter is very into drawing. We don't know where she got it, definitely not me, but we try to encourage her to practice her 'art' so when I had to replace my old tablet I bought one with a pen and that's how mouse-mermaid was born 😅
