Comrades, it is still OK to leave me behind. I'm still not as fierce as you but after following you all this long it's mostly because I'm tired.
The statewide party in Oregon has recently been working on organizing a local "wolf pack". I really liked the organizer & the people I met.

No. How we wish we could. Representatives are up for election every two years; Senators every six years. The 100 senators are much more protected and none the 8 fall guys Schumer picked are up for re-election in 2026.

They know they aren't going to win in December if they even get a vote, which they won't. They are planning on keeping ACA subsidies as an election issue for the mid-terms. A familiar strategy to any woman (see also codify Roe). Also, keeping the sacred filibuster.

Really. You're going to tell us what to do?
We're the ones paying the bill.
Whose lives are on the line.
Who are being abducted and deported.
Who keep showing up to fight ICE
We are the 7+ million who showed up and then voted
Get rid of Schumer.
Clean your house, get it in order, then listen.

This is the way. I left in 2016 but I live in a closed primary state so I change my affiliation from Working Families to Democratic until after the election and then change back.
I get a lot fewer fundraising messages than my husband too, even though I'm the one who usually makes the donations.

It's probably a similar dynamic. There's an old joke about Jewish holidays: "they tried to kill us; we survived; let's eat." Rabbinic wisdom is passed down multi-generationally. The work of repairing the world is not expected to be finished in a single generation but you are not free to refuse it.

We're on to your game. Some of us (roughly 100,000 in two years) have to die, and you're OK with that.

"They that sow in tears Shall reap in joy." The rabbi I recently heard talk about this verse pointed out that it may be descendants of the the sowers who do the reaping; and that those of us with a lot of years in the rear-view benefitted from the labor of our ancestors (who defeated Hitler, e.g.).

Resign from leadership. I've told both my Democratic Senators if they don't oust you I won't be voting for either of them again.
Also here for the ratio.

Great. Oregonian here. If you ever want my vote again, you also need to remove Chuck Schumer from leadership because he either orchestrated 8 fall guys OR he's completely inept.
