I’m shocked at how low the taxes are (but that’s compared to here in NY). I like the one photo that shows how the house looks from the outside at night. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before. Thanks for sharing the link.

I worked at a veterinarian’s office for a number of years, plus I’ve been “owned” by a number of cats myself, and I’m pretty sure THAT KITTY is THE HAPPIEST one I’ve ever seen! Thank you for sharing Buddy with us and thank you for helping him.

As someone who’s done a lot of baking (but not pfeffernusse), the granulated sugar isn’t going to work well to create a glaze. It’s usually just confectioner sugar and a liquid (water, milk, lemon juice, etc). I defer to pfeffernusse experts though!
