#6- smoky brown sugar chicken salad. I have never been a huge fan of kale, but this dish was really excellent. Lots of goodies in the salad, sunflower seeds, apple slices, honey dijon dressing. The roasted carrots were ok but added nothing to the dish.

#5- cherry balsamic chicken with almond couscous and roasted carrots. Winner winner chicken dinner. The couscous was well seasoned and delicious, the chicken was good just wish there had been a bit more of the cherry glaze.

#4_ garlicky shrimp couscous bowls. Another meh. Little flavour and the chili flakes added nothing to the broccoli. The couscous was a bit bland.

#3: soy glazed hoisin meatloaves with green beans and rice. The meatloaf portion was pretty good and so were the green beans with siracha mayo. But the rice needed something.

Dinner # 2: Middle Eastern chickpea bowls- This one was a winner. A meatless option that was very well made and really good, and even came with a free sample of probiotics.

So being old and having lived for 8-9 years in Kansas where even medicinal pot is legal, I never tried edibles before for my pain. Holy carumba, what a game changer these are! Pain is gone and I can sleep at night. Why is this not legal everywhere?

There is an attitude here of "I got mine," so why care about others? I see Tesla's everywhere. Yuppieville. They can pretend to care about the "other" because things are so prosperous that they can't actually SEE the magnitude of poverty.
