I will never understand a dog and what drives them, a dolphin or lizard and what drives them. How could I? I am not them. But i live along side them so i respect them as they are my neighbors.

How could they not? We breath the same air, drink the same water and we all die.

I truly belive I value all life. I really do belive that. But without biodiversity we are at a great risk to ourselfs. I value and love life because animals, tress, fungi... they bringe and emense meaning to my existence.

All while being indifferent to human suffering, and while they may talk and conspire against the human masses, unlike us they can never truly be unified for if it's in one's intrest it will devour the othors just like the rest of us.

It took me untill that quote to relize how deeply Marxist this anime is like holy fucking shit. The Parasytes are legitimate metaphors for the real parasytes in human socioty, they look like us, they wear our skin but are diffrent to us. All they know is to grow and feed.
