Silent hill 2 always gets the accolades, in my opinion SH2 is the worst of the numbered series. SH1/3 are phenomenal.

No, they are unpredictable though and you can get locked out by simply loading an area wrong. I’ve done three runs in clear sky and faced a different issue each time.
