Loved this series when I was a kid. Many years later I picked up the novelisation in a charity shop. I wish I knew what happened to that paperback.

Looked to me like Ibrahim gave a hefty tug on the arm of the Stockport player as he scored the own goal. Other opinions are, of course, available. 🙂
