Tik Tok went dark on Canada too. Not sure that it was a Biden thing. The timing was really strange. Tik Tok went dark for me beginning at 8:30pm MST and finally went completely dark by 8:45pm. I lost functionality/user features slowly. It was an interestingly sad feeling, for me.
