I find your argument quite flawed.
Did you purposefully leave out Rodimus Prime, because his inability to control himself doesn't fit your narrative right now?

It's fairly easy to say that, when you have never been in a war with them before.
Devron most certainly didn't start the war out of nobility and you most certainly did not want to live under his ruling as I did.
I think if you knew how warframes truly are, you would have a different view.
