For those “purists” nothing will ever be good enough. So many tools have AI features these days, where will they draw the line? I love E33, and most people who played it don’t care abono the whole AI thing.

This is so stupid. I don’t want AI slop taking over gaming as much as anyone else, but let’s not go crazy like the organic food people do. When you see the organic label on water, you know they have gone too far. Some gamers are getting close to crossing that line.

People don’t understand nuance. AI is a tool, just like any other. If you try to replace all your artists, your game will be soulless. People can tell and they will stay away. But if you use it to empower your devs to work faster and try out ideas, what is the downside?

People were mad over having to wait more than usual between seasons. The pressure was insane, and the writer was MIA.

It wasn’t written by interns lol. HBO would have killed then if that was true. They just have a few bullet points to work with. If you watch the behind the scenes videos, they were killing themselves making what as akin to multiple blockbuster movies on a tv time table.

Is the other way around. They gave him every chance to come up with the ending. And they ended up having to make do with whatever lose plot points he gave them. They did a great job when they actually had material to adapt.

Yeah because allowing people to starve was such an easy choice. I am not saying that some of those Dems don’t need to be primary, all I am saying is that it was not so black and white.

People need to get a grip. AI is a tool. I wouldn’t trust some companies to not abuse AI and try to replace people, Larian has earned enough trust an respect to deserve the benefit of the doubt. I am not even a fan of their games, but every thing I have read about them is highly positive.

I try to avoid what is clearly engagement bait. Game is great, and it deserved the praise it got.

Must be nice to be so naive. The Saudi’s would be allowed to own anything they want because they play ball with the administration. As far as letting a business that size go belly up when there were companies bidding money to take over would be political suicide.

Paramount already neutered CBS news. I know CNN has not been great either, but having control of those two outlets should not be allowed.

Netflix is the lesser of two evils by far. If they don’t get it the Saudis might swoop in. The company will be sold, so unless you have a spare $72 billion to buy it yourself, it is naive to think that anything can stop the eventual sale to another huge corporation

It’s not a case of hating the system. Sony the company was and remains very cutthroat. For example during the Activision purchase it came out that a Xbox exec wanted to do the same to Sony, use the vast money advantage to destroy them. Xbox chose not to do so, when they had the chance.

Sony used money and clout to make publishers skip the Dreamcast. Sega made mistakes, but Sony took the opportunity to finished them off.
