My first contribution to science is out as a preprint! We expand HyperTraPS - a framework for modelling event accumulation. Use cases include evolution of antibiotic resistance genes, cancer mutations and gene loss in mitochondria! Very grateful to supervisor Iain Johnston and the research group!
