Today I voted in the Australian federal election, and in order to fit it in into my busy day, I thought why not run to the Australian High Commission. After all, it's not every day, that you get to combine training and civic duty. #AusVotes

It's been a long time since I did a long run through central London. Normally I avoid it due to the crowds, but today it felt great to revisit sights of the city I call home, and find some quiet streets through town. #UKRunChat #running #London

I just signed up for the marathon at the brand-new European Running Championships in Belgium this April! I've run many a marathon, but this is my first point-to-point race, as you start in Brussels and finish in Leuven

Yesterday I ran Valencia marathon, and I've never been so grateful to cross that finish line! I wasn't sure if I could finish, or should even start, as I had a niggle with my knee. I decided to stop worrying about my race time, and focus on having a good time. #MedalMonday

Finally arrived in sunny Valencia! Glad I took the time to travel by train, all the way from London. The only thing I would have done differently, is brought more food and drink with me, particularly for the long journey between Paris and Barcelona.

Finally arrived in sunny Valencia! Glad I took the time to travel by train, all the way from London. The only thing I would have done differently, is brought more food and drink with me, particularly for the long journey between Paris and Barcelona.
After an overnight stay in Barcelona, my journey to Valencia continues with one last train. Took a bit longer to board, as there was a security check and a big queue.

The next stage of my journey, and by far the longest, is the train from Paris to Barcelona. Looking forward to some much needed relaxation during the next six and a half hours.
