One hour ago Kyiv was hit by Russia with ballistic missiles, we heard more than 10 loud explosions. Hugging my little son in those moments with my heart beating loud and thinking about all the parents who hope for their children to not be hurt and mentally traumatized

Another winter morning in the subway in Kyiv with my 1,5 year old. 699th day since Russia started the full-scale invasion. Missiles launched by Russia are hitting Kyiv, Kharkiv, Pavlohrad and other Ukrainian cities.

It was such an honor to meet and photograph this incredible family from Mariupol. The story by Wendell Steavenson is very powerful, and so captivatingly written. Must read!
