It inspired me to write up a business plan to get with my neighbors to buy up the block and build something awesome. Then I was reminded about half my neighbors are NIMBY assholes

My conversations with people at the city is the landlord is terrible and terrible to deal with and he doesn't want the historic preservation. My opinions are that there is nothing historic in that building besides the shape - it's like a 4x Ship of Theseus.

Can you move these walks next year from the 3rd Wednesday of the month? Transportation Commission is meeting and I know at least 2 people who's love to drag their kids along on these walks.

Also I got told to "get out of the road!" On the way home because we were on a 4-lane (2 lanes E/W + turning lane) and someone was delayed 10 seconds. Gotta love the love in my community
