Depending on where are you in you Polish journey you can start with watching people speaking English that have significant others from Poland for example Vigo's Dad, Love my Poland. Funny aproach has Sora time. Very difficult (it's in Polish) but one of the most professional is Easy Polish.

I'm 46 years old Polish native speaker. When I was 10 I was watching cartoons and started learning English and German while at school I only had Russian lessons. Find a topic you like and try watching Youtube movies in Polish about this topic. Reading and writing can be a real challenge.
